How Whey Protein Powder Increases Fat Loss and Lean Muscle Mass:
In a recent study from the Minnesota Applied Research Centre, they evaluated how a high quality whey protein source used as a daily dietary supplement enhanced the rate of fat burning and subsequently weight loss by comparing subjects consuming whey protein on a daily basis with a control group, both on a reduced caloric intake diet. They found the following:
